There was a moment in time when we were all in the same place, the same ages, and facing the same societal future. Little did we know the changes that were looming on the horizon as we graduated. Many of us had goals and dreams that day in 1966. A precious few actually accomplished those goals, but we all lived, had adventures, and learned from life. Now fifty-six years later, we are celebrating our camaraderie of those teen years and sharing our stories of survival. We have lived through pivotal times in history, and we have so much to share to the current generation who may wonder if they too will make it. We are living proof that hope survives, that dreams and goals are worth pursuing even if they are never realized, and that life is worth living to the fullest! We are the Jefferson class of 1966!
