AA San Antonio College (1969); BBA-Accounting University of Texas (1971); CPA in Texas since 1974. Have worked for LCRA, City of San Antonio, and VIA Metropolitan Transit. Retired in 2009 as President/CEO of VIA with 34 years of service. Married to Ellen Clarie Kraft since 1982. We have two children, Amanda and Austin, and two grandchildren, John and Ford. Have resided in New Braunfels, Texas since 1982.
